1. Platform Usage

Prosify Partners is a real estate affiliate marketplace connecting verified developers with approved channel partners. The platform facilitates lead generation and commission management exclusively for new launch and under-construction properties.

2. Affiliate Agreement

• Affiliates must complete KYC verification before accessing live projects
• All submitted leads must be genuine and from verified buyers
• Duplicate leads within the 90-day lock period will be automatically rejected
• Walk-in customers who have already visited the site cannot be submitted as leads
• Commissions are released only after booking confirmation and builder approval

3. Commission Policy

Commission rates are fixed per project and displayed on the platform. Commissions become eligible after payment milestone completion and builder verification. Platform reserves the right to reject commissions in case of fraud or policy violations.

4. Prohibited Activities

• Misleading advertising or fake property claims
• Submitting fabricated or duplicate leads
• Unauthorized use of developer branding or materials
• Sharing confidential pricing or inventory information

5. RERA Compliance

All projects listed on the platform are required to have valid RERA registration. Builder details, RERA numbers, and legal disclaimers are displayed on all project pages as per regulatory requirements.
