We collect personal information including name, email, phone number, address, PAN card, Aadhaar card, GST number, and bank details as part of our KYC verification process. This information is used solely for verification, commission disbursement, and platform operations.
All sensitive documents and personal information are encrypted and stored securely on AWS S3. We implement industry-standard security practices including JWT authentication, HTTPS encryption, and role-based access control.
We retain user data for the duration of account activity and as required by applicable Indian laws and regulations. KYC documents are retained for 7 years as per financial regulations.
